Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.
Security services
Security testing is performed only under written authorisation from the system owner, within an agreed scope and testing window. No security assessment can identify every vulnerability, and no provider can guarantee that a system is secure. Findings describe what was identified within the agreed scope at the time of testing.
Intellectual property
State ownership of the site’s content, brand assets and code, and what visitors may and may not reuse. Ownership of work produced under an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
