RegenByte is a small team, which shapes how we hire. We do not run continuous recruitment pipelines or keep roles open to collect applications. When there is real work that needs another pair of hands, we open a role and fill it properly.
What working here actually involves.
Remote and asynchronous
Work is delivered remotely with a small number of scheduled calls. Written decisions beat recalled conversations, so most thinking happens in writing.
Small scope, real ownership
Everyone works directly on client outcomes rather than on tickets abstracted away from them. That means more context, and more responsibility for the result.
Craft over volume
We would rather ship fewer things that hold up than more things that need rescuing. Code review, accessibility and security are part of the work, not a later phase.
Honest about what we are
We are not going to describe a small consultancy as a rocket ship. The upside here is autonomy, variety and proximity to the decisions — not scale.
