How we handle the information you submit through this website.

Template — replace before launch. The sections below outline what this document needs to cover. This is scaffolding, not legal advice. Have a qualified adviser produce the final wording for the jurisdictions the business operates in.
Information we collect
This website collects only the information you submit through the project enquiry form: your name, work email address, phone number, company, country, the service you are interested in, an estimated budget range, your project timeline and your description of the work.
We also record that you gave consent to be contacted, and when. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, passwords, API keys or other credentials through this form.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you described.
- To keep a record of the conversation while it is active.
- To prepare a proposal, where you have asked for one.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without consent.
- We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making.
Service providers
Enquiry emails are delivered through a third-party email provider, and the website is served by a hosting provider. List the specific providers you use, what they process and where they are located.
Retention
State how long enquiry records are kept, what triggers deletion, and how records relating to signed engagements are treated differently from enquiries that did not proceed.
Your rights
Describe the access, correction, deletion, portability and objection rights that apply in the jurisdictions you serve, and the process for exercising them, including your response time.
Cookies
Cookie use is described separately in our Cookie Policy.
